Cardio machines burn calories?

Are the exercises performed on the cardio machines really burn more calories as you might think? AM Weight Loss will tells you some thing about that. besides, you should use some fat burning pills to boost weight loss fast

The answer is no. Most of the cardio machines use weight and age to calculate calories burned by people who meet both criteria. The other factor is calculated including gender, height and body level. All these factors will determine the amount of calories you actually burn. So for example, if two women and a man weighing 61kg but has 20% body fat and the other 35%, they will not burn the same calories doing the same exercise.

The amount of calories burned depends on the type of computer files, including the amount of calories burned by jogging machines can not handle misjudged 13%, 12% escalation treadmill and stationary bike machines 7% . Especially machines with handles jogging misjudged to 42%. The disadvantage here is that it will affect your waistline. For example, a person think that they've burned 1,000 calories, so they will think that they should eat 1,000 calories. They will be tempted to set slow and steady instead set hard and fast as the number of calories burned counter higher after 40 minutes instead of 15 minutes. The problem is that even if the higher number on the screen in a long time training at moderate levels, metabolism boosting substances is not as fast as in the collective severity.

So, instead of believing in the numbers above, you can use it to evaluate their practiced hard like by recording those numbers after each episode and time compared to previous episodes. And if you still want to know the exact amount of calories you've burned, try using the following formula:

Calories burned = [(Age x 0.074) - (Weight x 0.05741) + (Heart rate during training x 0.4472) - 20.4022] x Time / 4,184
